Brad Renfro, 25, former child star, was found dead Tuesday morning.

I suspect a drug OD. Sad.

as noted privately in public chat, I am not familiar with any of his work... and you most ilkely are correct...

part of me is one hard-ass bitch in situations like this. the boy knew what he was doing, he saw destruction all around him when he went to drug houses. he had to see it in himself - had to. go ahead and kill yourself if that's the best thing you can think of doing.

the rest of me aches for the soul that is lost. who loved him and helped him grow up? anyone? who put him in front of a camera as a child? who wanted the money he made?

there is too long a line of people just like him, praised and glorified, eaten up, spit out, left for dead.

I happen to agree with the hard-ass bitch part of you. He is not some 5 year old who does not understand the concept of what is going on. So I guess that makes me a hard-ass bitch also.

i heard of that movie, ad possibily have seen small parts of it... like 18 min worth... however, even after checking the link, I am not able to determine who he is...
